Screen Whiteness

I was on my server and my screen was going weird like this:

Why is it doing that and what do I do to get rid of the white?

Are you running vista + ati by any chance?

Nope. Just windows. Normal windows.

What is "Normal Windows"? You are probably using the wrong video card driver, a beta version of the driver, or no driver at all.

Ok, I guess it just got there because I did something wrong. I just have to restart BL. Locked!
