The race is frogmen, the mob is called frog. It has green healthbar which indicates it is neutral and probably tamable.

You're in my situation now. I was able to register, but now I can't buy it because of the DoS attacks. Bullstuff, ain't it?

Registrations is down again. I feel really lucky for getting it in the 10 minutes it was up.
I messaged some of my Steam friends and said they should register too.
