You can pay with a Visa too.
When it comes up with the pay through PayPal part, just choose "Alternate Payment Method" or whatever they name it.
It'll let you select Visa, and enter your details.
The payment is just facilitated through PayPal.
You don't require a PayPal account though.

I broke mine when I left my game in a village market surrounded by villagers, and then returned to the game later on.
It's okay, they exploded outwards moments after.
