so you agree that "it will probably be laggy"? You can't make that assumption.
Minecraft wouldn't be "laggy" if it wasn't on loving java.

It's not like it wasn't always the case that people would lag like hell on stuff computers on most games.

This. Minecraft would have better performance written in C++ or Unity. It's like saying Blockland is laggy because you can have thousands of bricks at one time.
