How do I choose which map my dedicated server starts in?

     I knew how to change what map my dedicated server started in during version 19, but because of the new version, I don't know how to change it. It always starts in Skylands, but I want it to start in Adjustable Plate, how do I change it?

P.S. I have a Windows computer, not a Macintosh.

You can just join your dedicated server when it comes up and change the map when you spawn. Not sure how you can change what map it starts on though. Mine always starts on Bedroom.
