Easy to explain, an evil renderman trying to kill two innocent kids, it is a spoof of the woman in black, if you need the trailer, you can see it here.

I freaked out right when she finished saying, "During afternoon tea"
I have seen the trailer before a little bit, it is freaking freaky.

Actually it wasn't much of a joke, more of meaning something different than it says.
You just have to be SKILLED at running.
