Vehicle Crashes Blockland?

Ok, I'll see if I can move the collision box from layer 1 to layer 2. How do I parent the collision box to Col0 if it is on the 2nd layer? Is the collision box the only thing that needs to be on layer 2?

You don't parent the collision box or the mesh. I don't know how the mount points work though.

Collision mesh goes on the 2nd layer, rest remain on the 1st.
