Fire at the closest imps from your position in the building.  The top two men should fire into the crowd and make a dash for cover in an alley.

Who're the other two out on the street? They're probably going to die.

Tell the sniper to take out all the imps near the buildings while your gunners provide fire to kill the imps between the two buildings. Whoever the two loners out there are, tell them to fire towrads the imps too but don't advance, retreat if necessary.
