Yeah medics to exist, but Id rather they actually be in the game. Another thing I want is squads, that squad mod works good, but I want people in my squad to look different on the minimap or their name be above their head or something.

I haven't played in a long time and the first game I joined in total i got well over 100. It was awesome :D
