Enable add ons ingame?

It enables add on ingame And says Trying Load Add on Weapon_Gun

The only ingame Add-On enabling/disabling Add-On I know of was hacky and bad. It still had to restart the server, and otherwise simply forgeted up the game bad.

Lugnut:

It was an add-on by mctwist. Very hacky, clients tended to crash when it was used.
I know exactly which one you speak of, though.
