Players don't weight down vehicles unless they're standing on it, then it may be difficult to get out from under them

He lied. My friend was on the whole time and it never hit above 99, that is Torquescript's defined limit, no changing it.

I was there for a long time and it was around 99, then people continued to connect and spawn and it went over 100
I also saw a picture with 122 players

I think kalph went over 99 but his server crashed within minutes or something
