Funny glitch, i was hanging from a skylight (glass ceiling basically) and i entered crosslink and then got out of it, somehow it placed me on top of the glass, and i was then shot... >.<
edit: try not to do this though when you're hanging from a ceiling, it can get you stuck

another thing, i was playing a mission where you see your first professional, i do it all pretty quick, then i dive towards the finish but didn't make it all the way, then out of nowhere there's a professional standing right next to that sign and he shoots me..

must've had the timer go down
they spawn there when you shoot

also link an alarm to a switch, then link the switch to the alarm :D
