The terrain is really the highlight of the map, as the lighthouse doesn't really fit its name. Lighthouses are supposed to be homes, and the current building doesn't look like a home.
The actual light is fine, but needs to be surrounded by windows. Lighthouses are utilized during dark nights (cloudy), and that usually means that it is needed when there's heavy weather. Open sides obviously wouldn't work in that situation.

Very splendid build, it somehow reminds me of Saints Row 2 where there is that secret Island, I usually drive a boat there and go through the stone arches. You should stretch this out and build some more.
