Weight can come from anything. Your sister obviously has more fat than muscle.

Then she's not 130 lbs. She's obviously way heavier.
Even then, I do have a lot of muscle. I was in cheer for two years and we had to lift weights.

I don't think most everyone here understands female weight. I'm male, 5'9 and weigh 115 pounds. My friend is 5'6, female, 125 pounds. She's thinner than I am.
Where you people can hide all that extra weight besides your breasts is an enigma.
