but nearly everyone else i know/see in wales is illiterate in english, aphtonites is literally the top of his class.
im not sure if you know the UK as good as you think

I like how the only thing you churn out is the queen and inbreeding, but again this is a hambeast living in America who ate a lot of "comfort food" after getting a nervous breakdown from bumping into someone's car.

Except there's only one official bilingual province and that's New Brunswick.
In my school the only people who's first languages aren't English are the small handful of exchange students and my friend from Holland. There's a lot more English than people think.
