He can get serious prison time just for claiming he is going to rape and kill you. I'd call the police if you genuinely fear for your life, although he's just a whiny fatty that wants attention you can never be too safe.

The offense of making death threats in violation of Virginia Code 18.2-60 only constitutes a Class 6 felony. Meaning that he'd get 1-5 years if found guilty by a jury, and the longest they could legally delay his trial would be 12 months.
Basically, in about 5 years Iban would be out of jail and he'll know everything about me thanks to the Sixth Amendment.

If the police acquired records of all Ibans chats with you there would probably be solicitation of minor, distributing research to a minor, threatening the life of a minor, harassment, loveual harassment, molestation. He easily has done 20+ years of prison time worth of bad things to you alone not including the other girls he stalks.
