Yes and no.
Generally ENTJ people don't jump at the first opportunity at leadership, but if the current leader isn't meeting their expectations or doing things their way they will take over. However, once they do take up leadership responsibilities they are usually seen as good leaders because they will try to make things efficient as possible.
