Faild to do bzip2 compression

what is it and how do i fix it

a box opens saying it falied to preform bzip2compression i click ok then it clocses blockland ANY ONE

I remember that there was a person with this same exact problem, he solved it and said it was just his internet but did not specify what the problem with his internet was
