UH... x/10 = x/120 thats like x/10 times 20 or something.. (sorry bad at science problems.) Basically he just rated him and said it was very good even though he gave the rating of 10/120 which calculates to a grade of: F.. (owch.. way to hurt his self esteem and probably make him feel so bad about his build and rating that he is going to never post anymore creations he creates.)
