I have a feeling this might turn into some kind of TDM when it's finished, i bet all my money on that.

Then I would win all your money. I refuse to make this into a TDM, Dm, Rp etc... This is a build through and through, if people save it to throw a bunch of spears around fine, I can't stop that.
Conan:
This wouldn't have balanced gameplay for a tdm due to extreme height differences that can let people camp.
On topic: the waterfall looks distorted, as in more like a steep rapids. Remember that waterfalls fall, so are straight and not terraced like that (unless its a series of them)

Going to be tough terraforming that. As a suggestion add a bridge over one of the levels.
