1. It is if you load it and then say "HURR DURR DIS IS MAH BUILD LUL" like an idiot and then ban someone who said it's someone else's.
2. Pretty much #1 and it can get you drama'd.

he never claimed it to be his. i have detailed all your guy's "evidence" and its all bull. its an innocent guy wanting to play with something he thought was cool.
