There's a reason there is a save build function in open servers. People have the right to save and use builds to their whim. I can't remember how long ago I stated this, but everything that is built on a blockland server is owned by Badspot. If he felt that build theft was such a terrible issue, then he would either give the option to disable build save in open servers or simply remove them. Considering the fact that there have been build theft rants ever since I've been here on Blockland and nothing has been done about it, then it is totally the responsibility of the build creator whether or not he allows his build to be shown in a server for public review and possible copying.
If a build is stolen it is the builder's fault for leaving it open to be taken in the first place.
