I can only see "firewall". Maybe "services" is named differently?
zenloth:
If you go into firewall what do you see?
GenaralSkar:
Check if http://portforward.com has your router.

I see 3 checkboxes. Each one says;

--- Quote ---BlockAll

Use this Security Level to block all traffic from and to the Internet. Game and Application sharing is not allowed by the firewall.

Standard

Use this Security Level to allow all outgoing connections and block all incoming traffic. Game and Application sharing is allowed by the firewall.

Disabled

Disable the firewall. All traffic is allowed to pass through your gateway. Game and Application sharing is allowed by the firewall.
--- End quote ---

Standard is checked.
KoopaScooper:
disable it and turn on your firewall on all the computers
