I think tests like these are bullstuff, I type way faster when I'm typing what I want to type, as opposed to what something on my screen is telling me to type.
It's easier to listen to the narrative in my head and type out what it says than it is to read words on my screen then type them out :l

Also, it's loving bullstuff how if you get a word wrong it just jumps right into the next one.
For instance:
"mountains when", spelled wrong as "mountain swhen"
Just because I hit space a fraction of a second too early, it drops my loving WPM by ~2?

Also I tap Space with my thumbs or indexes.
