the government changes, although very unconstitutional, and so do rules, over time

even if it isn't as moral either, badspot can change rules to his own accord, at any time/over time.
unlike the government though, there are a lot of rules that aren't listed on the rule topic, nor are the specific consequences for each one.
badspot should update the rules, the last time it has been update was during last summer

Last I checked, "Do not post adult content" meant do not post adult content.
Not "Oh it's okay if you post a link to a hentai site, dearie, I'll just remove the link for you and let it slide".
