He was doing what he wanted on his own will, I don't blame him, I'd do it too if people like you would prance around like you struck gold just because the #1 hated person is banned for a while.
Wait a minute... Wasn't Chrono back on the forums after his ban? Of course not, he must of been banned permanently for you to complain so much about it.

Yeah, give "mercy" to the biggest stuff spigot to ever stumble across the forums.
Stop acting like Tony actually deserves being given leway after being banned several times and returning again to stir up stuff all over the place for the past loving year. The fact that he's still around after all this time is proof that Badspot couldn't give less of a stuff, in which case he should just make Ephialtes an administrator so he can deal with it instead.
