That's just because the host is a complete idiot and gives admin to everyone.
If a host can't choose good admins then the server sucks and you should just leave.

The problem is:

Iban = Psychotic serial killer
Jimmg = Long lost friend

Both have been here for a long time, and have stirred up the same stuff over and over again.
