Host names have dissapeared

On my server list, when I try to join a game, it will not show the hosts name.  It says everything else (players, ping, name, etc.), but not the server name.  I try refreshing the server list and i get the same results.  If you have any way to fix this problem, please help me.  Thank you.

nope

the only add-on that i have is where the host name is on the far right instead of in the server title

that might be the culprit, so im going to delete it
