Blockland "/" key not working

I followed the FAQ, and when I was going to uninstall "Microsoft eHome Infared Transceiver" it wasn't there, and I can't use the "/" and resulting in not being able to use the questionmark. Please help!

"Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits" and every driver updated.

Is it /only/ the "/" and "?" not working or are all the standard keys for that issue broken?
