His intention is to troll though. Wether it gets to you or if you know he's trolling, you're going to deal with it somehow.

I'm not loving making some guess as to whether he's trolling by doing this. He's admitted it. Read the loving OP because clearly none of you have.
I stated this fact several times yet you handicaps refuse to read. The fact of whether I find it annoying or not doesn't loving matter. If he continues to do this after admitting that he does it for trolling, he's still trolling, so he should be banned. Even if I wasn't annoyed by it, he keeps doing something he admits is trolling. I was never trying to prove that capitalizing every word in a sentence is annoying. I was merely bringing to light the fact that he's still typing like that after admitting it's trolling, which is ban-worthy.

I don't know how old you are, but I would have thought anyone who has made it through primary school would understand there's a bit more to it than that.
I obviously don't agree. In my mind, having the capacity to control yourself and be able to ignore things that annoy you is extremely mature and something everyone needs to learn to do at some stage. A bunch of my girlfriends friends (males) are annoying as stuff and I would happily beat the stuff out of them given the chance, but can I? no. I have to ignore them, because that's the mature option.
So you can phrase it as "sticking your head in the sand" or saying "lalala i can't hear you" but that's just skewing it and I don't think it discredits my solution at all.

Also, how is it derailing if the topic is "x should be banned for trolling" and we're arguing about whether or not he should be banned for trolling..?

Edit the blocker script to check for every first letter of the word being capitalized, if so, block post.
