Blocklandian has a reputation here for capitalizing every single word in his posts. It sounds like a trivial detail, but it makes it very difficult to read people's posts when every single word is capitalized. Even after he was banned for a week because he admitted to trolling, he still continues to type like this despite the fact it annoys a lot of people.
He has admitted that he only types like that because it's annoying to other users, therefore he should be banned for trolling.
