I said athiest philosophy is flawed because they believe there is no possibility of a god, how can anyone know that?

I had a large argument with my friend last night about religion can and cant's. My side of the argument was basically: No religion can be completely proven or disproven, unless you had the answers to everything and had the ability to see through that "fourth dimension" that exists above us. Nobody can know anything, but they can believe things. Atheists believe that there is no god or any structure for a religion. Us Christians believe that there is a God watching over everyone and everyone.

How do we know there's no such thing as a flying spaghetti monster? There's no evidence to prove it but there's no evidence that disproves it!
