Ok, its hard to replicate, thats all I know.

I got the same error today saying somthing about failed to unzip a file with a 50 caractor extention.....

then my computer grayscreened (mac).....

Ok, here's what to do:
1.) Right-click your Blockland launcher and press Properties
2.) You should see the /My Documents/Blockland/BlocklandLauncher
3.) On the end type -trace
4.) Boot up Blockland and you should see lots of spam. Let it crash
5.) Once that's done, post the console.log file on a media sharing website (Mediafire's pretty good) and post the link here. Don't even try to post it as an attachment, it would be way too big.
