If you want a free dueling site go to Dueling Network it's pretty awesome, you can build your deck by using their always up-to-date card database.

You better hope that the stuff you had in it was like the most amazing thing at the time. I found my old deck once, I thought I might be able to win a tournament, I was wrong.
This Worm Deck, after I've bought all the cards for it, will run me up about 170 Dollars.
