what are the side and extra sections for
Bagsterflop:
An extra deck contains stuff like Fusion, Synchro and XYZ monsters, which have to be there at the start of the game.
A side deck is for spare cards which aren't currently in your deck, for putting in or taking cards out between games.

I got a question.
Some guy at school said that you have to wait 3 turns to use Card Destruction.
Been searching for rulings on this, and nothing.
Anyone find anything on this?
