EDIT-Made a junk deck with some water, wind, and light types.
Nothing went well at all.
Ever since I got back to playing, I've only won 1 out of 20 something games.
I'm serious, how do I become more strategic?

Buy a structure deck, even just to start out, helps you on getting a grasp on strategic dueling. Only $10, and it's 40 cards if I remember correctly. Which is like the perfect amount of cards to have in a deck
