He is allowed to take a map and play in it but it's really unrecommended. So unless he is taking credit for making it (Which I don't state seeing.) then it's a bad problem. Not drama-worthy.

Whether he was a richard on other servers isn't part of the matter, because right now. All he was doing was isolating the two little forts so he could have his own fun with them. He never stated he owned the build, or did anything that insinuated stealing it. Even though he was hosting multiplayer, he still wasn't stealing the build.

Planr:
If he is not giving credit or didn't even ask for permission to use it first, then he is stealing it.

I'll be sure to ban him from my server.

That's like accusing someone who loaded a default save of stealing because they didn't ask permission.
I remember saving many things, albeit incomplete, but things that were being made by respective members of the time. Loading them, and blowing them up and fooling around with them. Does that mean I stole them? No, because I never claimed that I made them.

Pandermatism ne'er claimed that he made the build. He isn't stealing it. He's just having fun.
