Need help with Dedicated Server

So, the question is, how do I make a dedicated server???
I want to make my city rpg dedicated so I dont have to be on the server the whole time.
and is there a chance it can be free? or no? because I dont think my dad will allow me to but Kalphiter's thing

I answered this exact question not 2 hours ago. The topic contains a title almost identical to yours and if you had spent half the time it took you to write this post to actually find an existing answer you would already have the dedicated server up and running by now.

To host a server, you need to make a new link and modify the target.

yes, i might sound like a handicap, but i dont know what the target is...
