If I ever want to play a map with terrain I'll use one of my older installs. I do know how people feel about losing terrain, but keep in mind how much more beautiful Blockland will be. There are terrain generators that do a pretty good job. Besides, building bridges and tunnels are fun! This update is coming no matter what, learn to deal with it.

I have to say, I've never been much of a fan of most terrain/interior maps. I spend most of my time on slate/construct/plate edits; I like to actually build. I really enjoy terrain build servers and collaborative builds and I think that this update will encourage people to start getting involved in community projects and making impressive terrains and builds.
"Blockland - The game where you build stuff", not the game where you load a map and run around shooting everything which I have seen countless times.
Although I do admit that some maps have been done well and can add a certain amount to gameplay, the glitchyness of vehicles and the not great lighting involved, especially with terrain and interior maps, just make me think this update is good.
This game is a building game, so surely anything that enhances the building experience is good?

I'm with v21.
I've not built in Blockland for at least two years, I've just hung about on servers doing generally nothing, either that or not playing blockland at all.
v21 will give users like me a reason to build, as there's nothing already pre-built for you if they remove terrains, interiors etc. It'll help users improve on their building skills too.

Let's think about it, with the new graphics imagine the new kinda games we'll be able to do in a even better graphics, we will be able to make really dynamic effects and im pretty sure we'll have even more epic builds to play in because people wont just be lazy and use ready made maps :D?

Yes blocklands theme is the game that you build stuff. Not be lazy and use already made maps. Shadows and shafted in my opinion will be devestating because the loss off terrain, but something bigger than that is coming. Something that a lot of people suggested and requested. Blockland must move forward. Who knows maybe we will get interiors back!
