The rooms are awfully empty, try adding more furniture or reduce the size of the rooms. The entire place could use some more colour.

Rooms height is too small, colors are too... unexisting and the rooms are too big.
Considering it's a hotel I'll lay back the missing interior thinking players make their own rooms.

But if it's one of your first builds, not too bad. Otherwise, I think you could have put more planning and design into it.
