Well, people always correct me when I say your to someone so, the correction they do to me is "You're". So you need to explain that to me.

"You're" is a contraction of "you" and "are". For example:
"You're a taco" means the same thing as "You are a taco".
Your is possesive, for example:
"Your taco is purple", or "Are you going to eat your taco?"
