Why do you think you deserve to be an Admin: Because I know how to deal with people; if someone is flat out breaking a rule, they go bye-bye. If someone is a first time offender, just give em' a warning.

I think it's unessassary to ban people if they break a rule, maybe they are having a bad day or don't know...

Right, but you should still warn them before hand, and if they continue, then is the need for a ban.

Actually, that's funny because I use a system on my server like that.
The first rule break is 1/3 no matter of your knowledge of the rules.
Then it progresses to 2/3 if they break another one, and then it's 3/3, a kick.
If they come back and break another rule, it's a ban.
It's funny how many people get banned on my server.
