i cant get the weapons to work

i was trying to play a TDM but i started it and the weapons wouldnt do any damage
i can get weapons to hurt zombies but not other people
does anyone know why

It's very possible the zombie mod you have downloaded broke damage.

Try hosting without it and see if damage works.

If not, you probably have not enabled Weapon Damage in the minigame menu.
