how to get weapons to kill

i am trying to make a TDM but the guns and swords and stuff wont do any damage to people but i can kill bots and zombies how do i get the guns to work

Go to zombie options and check the box labeled Enable friendly fire.

Note: This will not enable friendly fire for a TDM
