FAILED to preform bzip2 decompression

i had the same problem found out it was something to do with servers that had --- pingif it has a ping you can join

i joined servers that were not --- and actully had numbers

and i deleted the crap_ons file that i showed you guys and it still dident work
BUT WAIT there are other files with the same icon should i delete those too?
