That's because there isn't any proper lighting yet, the textures aren't 100% to correct scale or location. It isn't meant to be in game as a model even though it eventually will be. Oh and there's some specularity in the materials.

That's pretty close to what you can see o,o I'm assuming you didn't do the outdoor areas and just stayed at what was visible from the floor, right?

Correct. There is no exterior. The interior is fully modeled and textured apart from the secrets which are not visible. In fact that reminds me I need model the tree. I think I'll do two versions one with the original tree and one with a realistic tree.
