I've done some research on you. The information I've found is plenty so I can contact YouTube and they can conduct their own private investigation, but I'd just like to give you fair warning. Maybe when you read this, and realize all the stuff you've done, you'll close your account and purge us of your scorn.
Anyway, I've found in my research that you have had multiple accounts. This accounts include:
- skitsnvlogs
- chrissiefordictator1
- viralheart
And finally, your MeganLeeHeart account. Did I mention your real name is not Megan?
As I was saying, after going through these accounts through methods of going through archived webpages, I've also found that you have violated numerous community guidelines, as well as some rules in the ToS. I'll just go through a few:
- Abuse of the Digital Millenium Copyright Act by flagging legitimate videos for deletion by YouTube. Videos that have no connection to you, or a third party. These videos are also protected under a little thing called Creative Commons.
- Violation of the community guideline regarding threats and harassment. Going through your history, I've found you've made some violent threats towards other users on YouTube, including flightofdemons. Slitting his throat is a bit cliche, don't you think? I'd suggest a pipe bomb, but I'm not at liberty to do so. Shall we continue? (By the way, YouTube has a zero tolerance policy about this, so I'd recommend you stop that stuff.)
- You're a con artist, per se. You create videos that are misleading, and give them misleading descriptions, thumbnails, and tags. These videos come up amongst legitimate videos and just gain you views so you can rack up in cash. Why the forget are you a partner again?
This is what YouTube has to say:
"Please take these rules seriously and take them to heart. Don't try to look for loopholes or try to lawyer your way around them—just understand them and try to respect the spirit in which they were created. Violations of the Terms of Use may result in a warning notification or termination of your account. If your account is terminated you are prohibited from creating any new accounts."
Take note of the first, second, and last sentences.
Also, I've noticed that other people have called you out, and you have marked their comments as spam, as well as threaten them to call your little "partner support". It exists, I acknowledge it, and I'm gonna say this now.
I'm not afraid of it.
