I think how good the server is depends purely on the host and/or the players inside,i was moderating noble 4s server once and there was one Actually experienced player and two blockheads who came it and mistook the RP server for a freebuild. If the host is incompetent and lazy,and will not grant user request unless it directly benefits him/her ,I.E i went to a blockheads family RP server and it was FILLED with spam,and he wouldn't clear spam unless he got an RP wife.
