They're to replace interiors, not actual builds. Have you been reading the topic?

i must be missing something. i understand that they're to replace interiors, but the issue is that people will probably use modular buildings for everything ever instead of just making their own buildings out of bricks
thus stagnating blockland's creativity... again

What if you just want to build a city fast?
It would take hours to make a city that has every single building made out of small bricks, or maybe even days.
