So when's BlockOWorld 2012 annoucned?

I have talked to tom about this before and it had been discussed that blockoworld will most likely happen but if someone else hosts it, it would have to be approved by tom.

why would they need to be approved by Tom
he can't take the server down neither can he come to their house and bust it down

It's not being hosted by a clan this year, but rather by Makanix.

I had to approve of Makanix hosting it.

What person would let someone random host a pretty serious server?
